For Visitors

Welcome to The Church of the Holy Trinity, a community of faith in the Episcopal Church. The Parish has a diverse membership in age, education, vocation and talents. Some of us have grown up in this parish. Some of us are new to the Episcopal Church or to Holy Trinity and Belvidere. We don’t always agree with one another, but we respect each other’s point of view and experience of God.

The Episcopal Church has a historic tolerance of a variety of attitudes and lifestyles which reflect the diversity of God’s creation, but this freedom is bound to the discipline of faith and love described in the Gospel.
We have chosen the Episcopal Church and Holy Trinity as our spiritual home for a variety of reasons. But they all have at their root our common experience of God’s love. We are here because we find Christ here: in our worship, in one another, and in our service to the community and world around us.

Our strength today is found in the diversity of our membership. While keeping the warmth of a small town parish, we invite the many new residents of the area to make Holy Trinity their spiritual home.
